Default Does having a manager make the game easier?

I've just gotten back into the pole game and was wondering if having a manager makes things a little easier. I've been doing this solo and making pretty good money. A friend of mine is heavily into the "dance", modeling/calendar thing and wants to be my manager. Should I give it a second thought?

I personally can't see the point of having a manager. If you're planning on featuring then you would need to be with an agency to get bookings but for regular club dancing why hand over any of your hard earned money to someone else?

Yeah..whats the point of a manager for a house dancer? What exactly is she going to do for you..hustle the guys FOR you?

So I agree...feature/model/talent, yeah you'll need representation, other wise..you're just giving money away for nothing

In my area, "manager" is a euphemism for for "pimp". And as a stripper, you don't need either.

Unless you're crossing over doing distributed video work on a large scale basis, I don't think you need a manager.
