    Default keeping your stuff safe

If your club doesn't have a housemom or locker, how do your makeup, clothes, etc. safe from being stolen or messed with? You probably need something you can get into fast incase you need to rush and change clothes for stage, right? (Obviously your money is on you.)

    Thanks!

I bring a rolling suitcase and keep a luggage lock on it when theres no locker(I dont trust leaving my stuf unlocked even WITH a house mom...even the rare decent one cant watch your stuff every second...she'll have to at least get up to pee at some point)

Unless I'm bored I dont change costumes much. Once or twice tops. So theres never really a time when I need to rush to get something.

I second that--I have like a big duffel bag with a luggage lock on it. I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to break into, but it discourages anyone from just riffling thru my bag.

I don't trust our lockers, so I always carry my rollling suitcase. I put a tiny lock on it and keep the key in my tiny purse (on me).

I'm changing clubs soon and don't know about the locker situation. Will definitely invest in a rolling suitcase with a luggage lock.

Question: For those of you that do carry a key for your suitcase, and don't carry a purse on the floor, how do you carry your key around in a way that isn't tacky? I'd love to know!!

At the first club I worked at, we had no lockers, and no housemom.

It was like community chest. All the stripper just left their bags wide open on the tables, and whomever would borrow from whatever whenever they wanted.

Oddly enough...this system worked. Nothing was stolen, everything got returned to it's rightful owner eventually...and we all had a million different outfits to choose from each night.

Since I was brand new, and didn't know better, I didn't think that system was strnage. ow that I'm not naive, and have learned and worked other places, I see how badly that could have turned out.

Money I alwyas kept strapped to my thigh tho. I never lose sight of my cash.

Some clubs will let you put your stuff in the office(I lock my bag no matter where it's at). Best bet is a locked bag (if left in DR). I've seen girls get stretchy key chains and wrap them around their ankle.

My club has lockers, but some are 'doubles,' which is one locker with two doors. One girl locked her bag with a luggage lock, and attaches the keys on a very small ring to her shoes at the ankle strap.

we have assigned lockers. you usually get one after working there anywhere from a few months to a year, depending on what's available. i also bring a big suitcase. i don't lock it, because i keep the things of value in my locker. also, we have cameras, so -if- anything happens, it's helpfull.

i suggest either putting a lock on your luggage or keeping a purse with you (we aren't allowed at my club) with your expensive stuff in it. either that, or leave those types of things at home for the most part.

the suggestion of keeping things in the office is a good idea too. if you trust your management, that could be an option.

The only club I worked without lockers had cameras. I only worked there for 2 days & during that time a girl got fired for stealing like $60 from another girl's purse. I didn't leave anything valuable in that DR.
