    Default Anyone in NWNJ?

Ok, ladies, I've been bartending at this place for 3 years, but it really was a dive. Suddenly it's become a nice place to be, with great (and wealthy) regulars. We desperately need new girls to make this place what it should be. Please come work with me?!?!?!?!?!

Oh, it's a small place. It's called the Breeze Inn in Hampton.

Now for the truth about this place.

It's in the middle of bumblefuck and the customers are NOT wealthy. They are blue collar workers, mostly and that's ok, but not wealthy by SW standards.

Secondly, there are NO lapdances to speak of, unless they've changed the format recently. You dance on a stage that is 6 inches off the floor then go off the stage and go around the floor and bar for tips. And they want a whole lot for their dollars.

You will get groped, oh boy will you get groped. You will also be dancing with old Brazillian grannies who should have stopped years ago...or maybe even not have started to begin with. The few Americans they have are pretty cracked out looking. I've only seen 3 girls worth spending money on in here.

They changed ownership recently so I hope the following has been changed at the very least. The dressing room is a little bigger than a closet that constantly smells like bug spray. There is old dirt on the walls and the filthiest bare wood dressing table with an old cracked dirty mirror. The walls are caked with dirt and old makeup.

There is no DJ, but a jukebox that you don't have to pay for but you'll hardly ever get to dance to your own music because people jam it up for an hour or two before your stuff even comes on.

Phoenix, you may correct me if I'm wrong, but girls on here are more savvy than that. You can't just throw out an invitation without giving them information.

And yes, I think I know who you are and you are a very likeable person, but to a SW girl, girls who are at the top of their game, this place would be the pits.

Moneywise, you can walk out with a couple hundred for your troubles. There is no house fee or pay.

Well, I have to agree that it certainly was just the way you described. But since the new owner, I see some really positive changes.
Better entertainment would certainly help as well.
I agree that if you travel the country as a feature, this is certainly not the place for you. But if you enjoy smaller clubs, and a relaxed atmosphere, it fits the bill. The customer base has diversified quite a bit, and by weeding out the nasty, extras girls, we've also gotten rid of the customers that expect way too much for a dollar.

As for the girls being more savvy, I certainly wasn't underestimating that. The post was brief since I was assuming that anyone who may be interested would respond or PM for info. It was really just about saving some typing.

I'm starting to feel that everything I post is misconstrued.....

Hello if this is who I think it is... and if I am thinking correctly you just had a birthday.

I will state for the record that while the decor of The Breeze needs some work the new owner seems to have the best intentions of fixing it [already sunk some coin into the place]. It is a comfortable local watering hole with a changing face on its customer base. As far as people having money: I know I'm not "The Donald" but most folks would likely trade their money for mine, gladly, and I hang out there a bit and spend when I do. I also know that the local farmers in these parts are at least paper millionaires as their land holdings are valued in the millions. Further, that the surrounding towns are changing as some of that farm land has been sold and a multitude of McMansions built on them [one of which is my own] as we fled the cities of Phillie and NYC post 9/11. They run about $750,000 to a $1.5Mil apiece, depending on location and amenities, so my neighbors must have a buck or two.

    The quality of the dancers are getting better all the time, and I still hope the owner will consider a LD room. {dumb ass grin}

Whether or not he does one of the best reasons to stop by there is a Lady bartender with a quick smile, ready wit, a smart mouth, and a gleam in her eye. As well as more than a little something going on between the ears and god damn I think smart is sexy.

    Good things to you.

P.S. Don't you have something you are suppose to be getting for me... Sorry, just being a wise ass. Couldn't resist. I'll tell you who this was when I stop in next.

Well, I'm glad to hear that it's getting better. But you didn't mention the dressing room. Was it redone at all? Because I was afraid to put my stuff down in there for fear of what would crawl in.

Also, the jukebox situation could really stand a revamp. Stop the customers from using it and let the girls choose only a half hour's worth of songs.

And to Golden Rule...your neighbors having million dollar homes does not translate to earnings in our pockets.

Ok, weird, I really didn't think I knew anyone on here, lol.
The dressing room has been redone as well. It's still on the small side (larger than it was) but we're actually talking about expanding that again. Things are actually clean now, even the bathrooms have been redone.
The jukebox situation could use a revamp, although we have seriously improved on the music in there, and also, keeping the customers out of it. Part of the hours of music is my fault. I was so used to working with girls that couldn't read English therefore couldn't pick their music, so I would walk in the morning and put in a million songs, lol.

No, it isn't a lock, that is true. Its just that, on average, I find that people who weigh in on that kind of residential real estate aren't the same folks who live for the roof over their head. At least, they shouldn't ought to be. Way to easy to crash and burn purchasing that much house if you don't make good money.

In general: People $300 and under are bargin hunters and usually not the kind that are going to buy more house than they can afford. The 1mil+ crowd aren't likely to be the ones getting themselves in a jam either [not since the dot.com bust anyway].

Its the folks between $300 and $700 that are the folks who are the shakey investors, ARM and 80-20 mortgage holders and less then 20% down, etc.

I don't know why that is so, but every real estate agent and mortgage broker I know says that's the case.

    Peace.

Well, as you already know, I took care of that when I saw you at the The Breeze today.

Thanks again for laughing at my rotten jokes.

Interesting people are tres cool by me so its always nice to see your face - and while the interesting part is the more important I'd be lying if I said it certainly doesn't hurt that its a pretty face as well - and say hello.

    Peace.

So cool to have someone here that I know. I had a great time this afternoon, and as always, look forward to more "corny" jokes soon.

LOL, guess you didn't know that I have a real estate license so the above was assumed by me.

What I meant was, that people owning expensive homes while living within their means doesn't BRING them into the bar.

But that was a really nice break down above for someone without a license!

Hi! I know that this thread has been dead for a little while but I was wondering if the Breeze was still looking for dancers. Also where it is exactly and what they are looking for. I'm just starting out and looking for someplace small ...

i'm new and not experienced. Also still need to tone up some more. I'm hard on myself but besides my baby belly i'm okay. i'm just looking to see if they would be interested in a newbie or if it would be waste of my time to drive up there.

Thanks for any info you can give!
