Default Can you deduct your dancer permit?

Forgive me if this has been discussed already, I have researched most of the "deduction" threads and could not find the answer. I'm in Atlanta, and we have to have an adult entertainment permit which costs 350$. Can that 350$ be used as a deduction on our taxes?

    Thanks!

certainly ... it gets written off as a business expense on Schedule C line 23
