    Default Cash upfront

Our club recomends we ask for our cash upfront. I have noticed other girls that don't and it seems that customers will buy more from me when I count the dances. Is it better to risk a cust not paying you at all? Or selling more dances at a time? I haven't been stiffed yet, but it certainly could happen.

Do you have bouncers that help you if some guy tries to bail out of paying you?
If everything you try is a sure thing, you aren't taking enough risks. If you never fail, you put a limit on the degree to which you can succeed. In short, the only way to win big is to risk losing

When qualifying your customer, you can present a 'set' of dances to him with their cost and see what they seem to be up for. Offer 3 choices: If dances are typically $20, say 5 for 100, 3 for 60 or 1 for 20 and make sure they understand this and go ahead and let them pay you afterwards unless they go immediately for the most expensive option. If they pick the 3 for 60, towards the end of the 3rd dance ask if they want more dances and that they can pay you afterwards. Just as a general rule do not give more than 3 options and you will usually find guys picking the middle option which nets you 60 bucks than asking for one single dance upfront which will garner only $20.

I never ask for it upfront, only one time dude tried to leave w/o paying and the bouncers and manager caught up to him made him pay then kicked him out- thats why u always try to get in close with the bodyguards!

i've rarely been burnt because a guy doesn't have enough cash. but, i also am careful with who i choose to dance FOR. if a guy looks like a bum, i will most definitely ask to be paid up front, or if he's really drunk. but if we head into the VIP, i will say, "do we need to hit the ATM or are we good?" if i think it's necessary.

also, london, what would be the point of offering a custy 3 for 60 if he gets 1 for 20? there's no deal, so if he can add why would he choose that one? i just think maybe you might want to phrase it better, or add other selling points, like how it gets more intense as you go on.

    Love it!

    Hey, Chrissy
I read so many posts about not cutting dance prices that I phrased it that way...at my own club, the posted dance price for a bikini dance is $15 although most girls charge/receive $20 so someone could say $20 for one dance or 3 for $45 for incentive to get more dances, sure...of course there is wiggle room I just feel that if someone were in a club where it is standard to charge upfront, they may want to make sure to get it upfront if there is $100/higher dollar amount at stake as opposed to $20 or $60 bucks and that most sales books, etc promote offering 3 options however they are ultimately marketed as opposed to a catalogue of prices or one sole option of $15-20/dance. I find that when I offer more than just one dance up front (whether I collect the money for it upfront or not) that I get the mid or higher option sale.

    Cheers,

When I first started dancing I asked for the cash upfront, but I think it is better to have them pay after, or when you are taking a break. It doesn't interrupt the fantasy that way. But, I also work during the day so guys are less likely to be trashed, and we don't have a vip or cr.

if they're downright shitfaced or don't speak english, i get my money upfront. hell, i'll get it before i even take them to the dance area if the dances aren't on the floor.

with non-english speakers, there's two types...the ones who speak enough english to make the deal themselves and the ones who have a translator. the ones with the translators are usually very polite and easy to deal with, but for obvious reasons, i need my money upfront. the ones who speak just enough english...they're handsy and ask for extras...and usually they ask for discounts too. i'd rather risk getting no dance than getting screwed over.

At one club I work at we sell champagne for sitting down and chatting with the custies (the girl gets commission) and they go 0,2 liters = 30 euros, 0,375 liters = 70 euros and 0,75 liters = 150 euros. Still a lot of guys tend to pick the middle one even if they get more expensive by the bottle! And those big ones get bought too. Most of those men just don't bother to think that far. If it's always the same price for a dance, like 1 for 20, 3 for 60 or 5 for 100 you're offering them viable options that are easy to pick from rather than having to decide from an infinite amount of options, and I'm sure many would pick the middle one just to make their decision easier. It's also about how you present the options, if you make it sound like the more the better then that's what they take!

But.....there aren't really any viable options other then the $20 dance. I would get called on this by many custys, I think. "But, they're all $20, what's the difference?" Maybe with those who are drunk/don't speak English well it may work in your favor, but not your average customer who has passed second grade math.

shoot, i used to sell 3/100 as a 'special' in a club where most of the girls charged 20 a song. some customers would be like 'that's not cheaper!' and i'd be like, 'i never said it was cheaper, guys like to pay it anyhow', and with one exception, they would go for it anyway because they thought it was amusing and cute.

like the other posts, certain people you ask upfront. the sketchy guys, the guys who cant speak english and ESP. the drunk guys (one time a drunk guy argued with me and the bouncer saying that he had already paid me!)

but otherwise, i wait till after because i find you are more likely to get a tip...you dont usually recieve the tip before you the service, right?

Just reply with a "The more you take the better they get!" or something. Very few bring it up anyway. Surprisingly enough despite how cheap some guys can be, for many offering a bigger set at once isn't just about getting more for less money. Getting more for the same money or even more money is good enough for most unless they're really cheap.

I thought it'd be a problem too when I was reasoning it and when I was thinking "oh they'll never go for it" they never did. When I quit thinking about it the guys didn't seem too bothered either. Even sober and speaking the language. I think it depends largely on how you present it. I talk to custies like I think they're dumber than me, very condesendingly really, and my work persona is seriously dumb, so I think they just play along not to offend me

Thanks girls. I think it really seems just waiting till after reaps the best rewards overall, but like you guys said just be carefull about the custy that you do that for. I Have been just counting the dances so they know where there are at. I at least dont want any dispute about the number of dances that have been done but I dont want them to get the idea that I'm ready to stop at any point.
