    So i started the gym a motnh ago and had my first weigh in. I didnt lose any kilos but i did lose 1% of my body fat . I dont know weather that is good on any scale but it made me feel excellent and is motivating me to train and work harder.

    I do fell less jiggley I am so excited i just had to let everyone know.I also lost 1 cm of my waist, arms and hips woot!!!

    Sweet!

    You didn't lose any weight cause you are building muscle as you lose fat. But as long as the body fat is going down, yoru doing great!
    I prefer to measure body fat instead of weight.
