So i started the gym a motnh ago and had my first weigh in. I didnt lose any kilos but i did lose 1% of my body fat. I dont know weather that is good on any scale but it made me feel excellent and is motivating me to train and work harder.
I do fell less jiggleyI am so excited i just had to let everyone know.I also lost 1 cm of my waist, arms and hips woot!!!
