Default my skin care routine, freakin amazing!

i wanted to post my routine for taking care of my face what ive been doing the last week. since ive done this my face has not been this clear and even since i was like 10!

i wash my face with 100% pure black soap. black soap is this african soap thats really good for acne, rashes, etc. i leave it on my face for about 2 minutes then rinse. then i gently scrub my face with baking soda and leave that on my face for a few minutes, then rinse. then i pat my face dry,and i get a electric toothbrush and crushes up asprin, and scrub my face with that in a circular motion. rinse, with cold water. pat face dry again. i get a ice cube and run it all over my face for a fe minutes to close my pores. then i get pimple cream, benzol peroxide (how ever you spell it) and apply a thin coat all over my face.if i have any old acne marks i put on diaper rash cream on them (zinc helps fade them) then after a hour i apply a face cream. ( if you have oily skin its best to use a serum, because serums deposit nutrients and minimal hydration just enough for what your oily skin needs, creams are more moisturizer and are better suited for dryer skin) i do this in the morning and before i go to bed. my face is literly 100% better. my skin a week ago was horrible. it was broken out,had alot of old acne marks, and was very dull. now its clear even, and glowing. also i forgot to add after i apply the ice cube i soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and apply to my face( vinegar balances the ph of you skin.) and i also have been drinking 2 tablespoons of the vinegar twice daily, that also has been helping alot. its suppose to clear your blood, help with digestion, and etc, which in return aids in clearer skin.

Wow, that is a lot to do if it's every day. I basically wash makeup off and occasionally remember moisturizer.

It all sounds pretty cool though.

This routine sounds way to harsh for every day use.
I mean baking soda is very abrasive, but as if that isn't enough, then you use asprin, again very abrasive, but your scrubbing it in with an electric toothbrush? Very very harsh on your skin. I would NOT recommend using so many abrasive products at once, espicially nto combined with a toothbursh. The skin on your face is a lot more sensitive than the rest of your boody, and it needs treated gently.

Wait...your doing this 2x per day? Every day?

Way to harsh. Your damaging your skin way more than helping it. Pick 1 abrasive product, and it use it 1-2x per week, but definatly not daily.

that can not be healthy for one's skin... i couldn't imagine the condition my skin would be in if I attempted to do all that, twice a day...

That certainly is an elaborate routine. I basically use stuff from my dermatologist, moisturizer, and eye cream.

Where do you buy the black soap? I was hunting for in in Ghana (like, where it's from), and it was hard to find! I found it in a few gift shops, but it was pricey for what it was. Never saw it it any market or anything.

I saw the black soap at my local natural grocery co-op. Whole Foods prob. has it also. Worth a check.

Glad OP found something to work!! I know how that feels!!

Way too much for me to do to my face, but if it works for ya...

You might want to try cutting anything abrasive down to at least every other day.
