    Default Celebrity lookalikeness=money?

Ever since I started growing out my baby bangs, I've gotten a lot of my dances/money from apparently looking like Jennifer Love Hewitt. Who knew she had such a following among sc pervs! I'm wondering if I should go more brunette and maximize it.

Who do you get told you look like? Do you play it up?

I get kirsten dunst, ick.. not my scene
I don't mind the jessica simpson, guys seem to think she's sweet, heh
and then Bo derek, now those are the real compliments, and these are usually the good spenders that are pleased I know who she is and pleased that I am pleased to be called her, compliments are a dime a dozen, but some are just, well , NICE.
Please don't lick me, it tickles..

I've gotten Holly Robinson Peete, Rihanna and Tyra (greeeat tyra is one self absorbed bitch). Anyways, when people tell me I just say thanks in a nice way. I don't really play it up at all. Don't really care that I look like other people as long as I'm still me.

Depending on the hair style and color I get either Traci Bingham or Naomi Campbell. In the New York area Naomi is good but in the south and west Tracie is better.

There's a girl at my club that looks JUST LIKE Drew Barrymore, and her stage name is Drew! But, we work different shifts so I don't know how it affects her money.

I had my hair strawberry blonde for a while and I used to get "You look like that girl from the Wedding Crashers, the crazy one who jacks vince vaugn off under the table!" I'd just laugh, and play along. The guys who said that were always REALLY into her. Now that my hair is darker I get Katie Holmes and Katherine Mcphee, but they don't seem to spend any more $$.

I get a lot of Nicole Kidman when my hair is lighter, and from older guys, a lot of Elizabeth Montgomery (like, at least once a month), who was of course Samantha from Bewitched. And once a week some guy will be all, "You look just like that actress - I can't remember who she is" and it'll be Carla Gugino. I don't of course resemble any of these women but they are all attractive (and as we saw in Sin City, Carla Gugino has a smokin' bod), so what the hell.

I did buy a dance at the Cheetah in Atlanta from a Selma Hayek lookalike, but looking like that is just gonna make you money no matter what.

I would like to add that one of my friends uses the opposite of this in her hustle; tells guys they look like some famous hottie. It works quite well for her.

Maybe we look the same - I get those too.

Of course it's stupid, it's all about hair color usually, red hair = the chick from wedding crashers, brown hair = katie holmes, and now blonde and when I'm done up I get Jessica Simpson a lot. Do those women look anything like eachother????

I get avril lavigne and natalie bassingthwaite (I dunno if US members will know her, she is an aussie from the band rogue traders).

I dont think it helps me make money. Although a guy who was convinced i was natalie asked me for my autograph and another dancer told him he would have to pay $20 for it - NO it didnt work hehe.

Every once in awhile I get Drew Barrymore or Heather Graham. I don't look like her anymore, but when I was about 18 I really was a dead ringer for Heather Graham. When my brother was little he picked up the box for Two Guys and a Girl because he saw Heather Graham on the cover and thought it was me. I very rarely get that comparison now though - got older and rounder.

I still get Drew Barrymore from time to time though, especially when I wear hats.

Jennifer Anniston and/or Sarah Jessica Parker. It helps me a lot in my 'civillian job'.

Caucasian guys btw 26 to early 40's seem to love the comparison and have tipped well because of it. A couple of Afro-American guys too, actually who were really into Sarah.

But since I dance in LA and there is a lot of Latin guys...they don't know who these actresses are. To them, I'm just that cute 'Jueda' who speaks Spanish with an American accent

My friends think I look like Aishwarya Rai, a very popular and well-known Indian/Bollywood actress. I think they're blind. The woman is a fucking JEWEL! Now that you mention it, though, Indian men seem to be very attracted to me.
