I've confused myself thinking about this.. so I'm going to try to make this concise.
I am aware that if you are not eating as much as you normally do, say from going from three meals a day to one, that your metabolism is going to slow down.
I am aware that most OTC diet pills contain stimulants like caffeine, ephedrine, etc.
So.. do stimulants increase your metabolism? Is a higher blood pressure/faster heart beat, etc evidence of an increase in metabolism? Or am I crazy?
Lately I've been working so much and just been so exhausted that I've only been able to force myself to eat once a day. This is not a diet or anything, I had stuffed crust pizza today. This is just out of sheer exhaution and laziness. But I know my crazy schedule will end eventually, I just want to balance things out since I'm stuffing my face with super calories, but only once a day.. Trust, I'll eat normally and healthy soon. Too tired now..
