Default how many dancing outfits do u own?

I am wondering how many outfits for work everyone has?

Do u believe that investing money in dancing outfits increases your income?

We have costume sellers that come into the club every week and I am always tempted to buy stuff. One seller makes 2 pieces that are $180. Many of the girls I work with wear the one same outfit all the time because they say they don't want to "waste" the money that the earn on work stuff.

But I now have about 7 outfits and I think that they increase my earnings.

I have a lot of outfits.

    1 red dress
    1 sparkly white dress
    1 red chaps outfit
    1 blue skirt set
    1 white skirt set
    1 pinstripe pleated skirt
    1 black lacy panties
black, white, red, blue, teal, and pink t backs
    white and pink fishnets
3 pairs of shoes i use, 2 old ones i dont

those are the outfits i bought just for stripper outfits. If you count outfits I make out of stuff I already owned before I danced, it expands exponentially! I use swimwear, lingerie, dresses and stuff to make new outfits.

OMG I couldn't list them all and of course I only wear a few. It has to be like over 30 by now. Doesn't count all the mix and match pieces to make new outfits either.

I think having at least 3-5 outfits that look great on you and make you feel great are all you need. Of course it may take 30 plus outfits before you get those great few...

    I have:

    5 gowns
    7 short dresses
    4 two pieces
4 pairs of shoes- 2 of which I NEVER wear (or wore, as I;m not dancing right now)

Probably about 100 items or more, I really dont even know. I just know I have a couple of suitcases full of dance stuff - most of which I dont really use and never have.
I havent spent alot of money on outfits though, most are either home made or have been given to me. I seem to be the girl dancers give their old tops to when they get boob jobs, lol.

I'd have to count. Well over 100. I used to have a huge huge locker and a small square locker at my fave club... and they were both full of cases. Yeah I keep all of my dancing clothes in labeled VHS cases.

    LOL.
I gave our club my old white dress to use as the house dress. They keep loosing house dresses to dancers who work one or only a few nights, then leave and dont return the dress. They house dresses are horrible.

Paige r u serious about keeping your outfits in labelled vhs cases? How did u think of that?

i think not showing up in the same outfit everytime makes you stick out to regulars. but i think a lot of people probably over do it. however, if it makes you feel more confidant to an extent it can be worth it....confidance goes a long way.

    i just started and have
    5 dresses (2 acquired)
    3 two pieces

I have 3 gowns, and several outfits that I have bought over the years, but I hate to throw out outfis when I tire of them or wear them out, so I throw them in a bin in the closet. I usually have 2-3 outfits in my bag, 1 outfit I wear mostly, and the ther 2 for backup if I spill on it or it gets dirty. I also like to have thoes other outfits in case a guy requests something. I usually carry 1 gown with me for that reason as well. One time a guy said he thought Jessica rabit was soo hot, and I said oh? BRB. I went and put on my JR gown, and we went to VIP. I also like to carry a few different thongs.
I have 1 thong that is a nude color, and pretty tiny. Sometimes I will put that nude thong on underneath my regular thong, and tell the guy I have an extra special suprise for him. If he has spent enough money, I will slowly strip off my thong, and for a few seconds, he thinks I'm nude, until he looks close enough and realizes I actually still have on another thong. They really like that suprise, they never expected to see a girl in a topless club take off her thong, so I get a nice tip for that, even tho I didn't show anything I'm not supposed to. It's a nice tease.

Alot, and yes it helps my money. I get bored with the same thing all the time, changing helps me keep a fresh mood, regulars get tired of seeing the same damn thing all the time, I wear outfits to suit my mood for the night, etc etc etc. Plus, an old worn-out outfit just doesn't look as good as a hot new one.

I have several things from your store in my shopping basket, quite a few of the bodyzone hot pants that I am going to purchase soon.
I am selling some stuff on ebay such as my old shoes to pay for new stuff!

Yep! Between working in video stores for 7 years, and having OCD that makes me want to organize.... it made too much sense. Stackable, and big enough to fit MOST of my stripper outfits. They're built to have paper slipped in between the outer plastic and the case itself, so a slip of paper with the outfit description fits perfect. They stack in lockers so well, and now that I have less room to fit outfits in at work, I can store most in dressers real well.... or even on a bookshelf. If I wanted to make more room, I could switch lone thongs and stockings into DVD cases!

    1 red mini dress
    1 red gown
    black bra/skirt set
    pink bra/booty shorts set
    white crochet skirt set
1 turquoise babydoll dress that i never wear
    3 g-strings- white, black, turquoise
    2 pairs of fishnets
2 pairs of shoes (one of which I need to sell to a foot fetishist b/c they're gross)

So... I've got about 5 outfits, but I've only been dancing 2 1/2 months. I make more money when I wear the bright colors than the dark colors with older guys, but younger guys like the all black ensembles w/ fishnets and stuff.

i operate under the general rule of thumb that if i want a new outfit then I have to get rid of one. So I don't have alot of outfits now for club work yet a nice range of costumes (themed outfits). I usually stick to a few of the many outfits I have depending on what works in the club I'm working within .....

I don't spend alot on clothes as I either get them made good once so then I can wear it for ages (it won't fray etc after alot of use as well as washing etc) or else purchase outfits other dancers are selling cheap (due to wanting to be rid of them or whatever reason).

Too many items to mention, and they're worth every penny I have spent on them. I consider them my investments.

Way to many! Everyone at my club knows I'm clothes whore! I keep about 20 in my suitcase but I have a ton in my office. I don't wear gowns at my home club but I have them for when I travel. I also have about 15 pairs of shoes but only keep 2 pairs in my bag.

The really sad part is that with all my outfits I still feel like I have nothing to wear!

I have about 30 different outfits, I'm guessing. Of course, I only wear a handful of them. I've always considered them an investment, but stripper clothes don't cost nearly as much here, even from costume ladies. The only things that are really expensive are gowns and feature outfits or maybe something customized. Most of my stripper outfits run between $50-80. The most I've paid for an outfit is $120 for a really gorgeous catsuit (which I gave away the last time I quit!).

too many to count.. Every year I save the ones that either didn't make me money or just didn't make me "feel" hot and I sell them for 20-25 at a club that doesn't have any stripper stores nearby.
I have boxes of outfits that I can't part with. After not wearing them for a while they tend to seem new all over again.
Please don't lick me, it tickles..
