    Default Stress and anger

if you have any of these, I would have to say that the best solution is to clean the house LOL

After having a bitter arguement with family I decided to get up and I sprring cleaned the whole house in record time... My adrenalin was pumping and I was so mad at them. Usually nothing good comes from an arguement with someone, but this time I got my WHOLE house cleaned , and now I am too tired to be bothered to reply to their pettiness that I am going to nod off to sleep very shortly.

So what are your ways with dealing with stress and anger?

when im stressed or really angry, i generally hit the gym for a a few rounds of boxing or Muay Thai ..
if the gym is not an option, i would smoke a few cigg's and listen to music or somethin like that

if something is really stressing me out, but not angering me , i would take a long drive (3-4 hours), with some music playing , smokin a cigg and thinkin about the problem that needs to be solved..

    I blog (vent).

Then get out of the house in some form.

    Hula hoop.

    Wash dishes, clean the house.

    Watch TV

    Hang on the internet

"cleanse" the house (smoke out the bad vibes)

    cry

a combination of any of the above

Cleaning really helps. My dad awlays said that a messy house just makes for a messy mind.

I read a book I have always loved, in the tub, with some sort of soothing bath oil.

Cuddle up with one or all three kiddies (2 dogs, one cat)

take a walk with just one dog. For some reason it's less stress and they seem so happy about it (other dog gets p-butter filled king)

watch Uptown Girls or the Labrinth

    cook something new
Please don't lick me, it tickles..

I break shit and punch holes in the wall j/k ! But I do think about doing these things but don't follow through , but I actually broke an already broken flashlight the other day , maybe that counts . I just try and get away from the situation and clear my head these days anything to get my mind outta the pissed-off mode .

I find that writing (I get some pretty good material when I'm mad...emotion is a great muse, going to the gym, organizing, watching a movie, or yes, cleaning, helps diffuse any negative energy.
