Default ran down half the month

For quite some time now I have noticed about two weeks out of the month I am completely ran down. I have had blood work and the only thing they found is that I had a recurrence of mono. During the time I feel ran down my endometriosis acts up as well. I truly feel like the endo and immune system are connected. But I sweat a lot when I sleep, can't seem to get warm and have chest pain when inhaling. I also get UTI's during this time occassionally. My chest and back hurt and feel very heavy. Any ideas?

Same thing happens to me. Try being on Birth Control Pills (progesterone only!), eating a raw food diet and drinking only filtered water & little to no alcohol.

    Also take supplements and vitamins.

Endo can be managed through diet and lifestyle.

Massages and Epsom salt baths can help your system clear out waste that impedes the maximum function of your immune system. Also, working out can increase your energy and immunity.

    Good luck!
