I get so sleepy at work, what would be a good thing to take so that I can last for like 5 hours at work without getting tired?
A cup of coffee? Black tea? A redbull? Maybe 2? Those are the obvious ones.
Bringing some healthy snacks will also prevent blood sugar slumps. And don't go to work starving, either... I know a lot of girls don't want to eat a big meal before going in, but eat something at home. It's a physical job and you need some energy, or you get cranky/ hungry/ queasy/ lightheaded etc. Or at least I do.
set your sleep schedule so you won't be tired till at least an hour after weork.
sleep in better conditions (more restful) like a quiet very dark room w/out distyrbances.
I have tired all that, but once 11pm hits, I just can't keep my eyes open.![]()
You're tired because your body needs rest. Try going to bed earlier next time.
