    Thumbs down Meetings

So my little club is going to have a meeting soon.

It will be the models and the owner. The owner freaks out every summer when its slow. Starts wanting to fire and hire girls. He wants to have the 'perfect' stripper work here; such as, the big boob blonde girl who charges next to nothing for tips. Um yea right. We all know guys like variety.

Anyways, during the meeting it will most likely go that he talks (basically tells us all the stuff we know and some of the other stuff he thinks he knows about the club and how it works) then we talk and give suggestions. Overall, it won't be majority rule, its going to be what he says goes even if it is what doesn't work.

So... what am I suppose to say to someone who is always going to turn around your suggestion into something he thinks is right?

Nothing. It'll just frustrate you. Smile, nod, then go about your business as if the meeting never happened.

    yep, nothing..
the meetings i've been to are always pointless, m ostly they are held so that the no-shows pay a hefty fine.
he'll talk and talk about the stuff we already know, maybe something new, "no sex inthe vip" <-- if it's happening fire them, don't tell us about it!
What he wants to happen with the club, how we should be making more money and blah blah blah
Anyway, I just smile and nod, stare off into space and then run away. They aren't going to listen so what's the use?
Please don't lick me, it tickles..

And maybe record it for posterity while smiling and nodding.

Oh ok cool. It's the kinda meeting that 'will change alot of things' or so he says. He was telling us how to sell and stuff - gee thanks because I didn't know I'm only here a full 16-24 hours a week. I had no idea </sarcasm> I know he's freaking out because we got robbed twice in 2 weeks and business is down from last summer.

He almost told us today that he might lower prices to go back into the rooms but we would have to make a deal to take less tips. Of course that was a suggestion for a 'great new idea'. He also believe the economy has not changed in the past 10 years and thinks its better now than ever before.

He wants us to make suggestions and comments but always turns them around so there's no point in saying anything. Yet, he might think we don't care when really we all don't care about the meeting anyway.

I agree w/ everyone else. Whenever we had meetings, if we did speak up and try to argue any point it would turn into a huge fight, and nothing ever got accomplished.

Do the same thing I did when I had a "real" job and managers did that.... cuz it's always the employee's fault, right? Blah, smile and nod... and think about what you'll be doing later in the evening.

The girls at the club I worked at that had meetings used to all go in drunk and sit around quietly until it was over. My best advice uis to just sit and listen. Do not interrupt with questions. Save it. He will most likely answer it first or another girl will ask first. Save all questions for end of meeting.

Hahaha, meetings crack me up. The last one we had at my old club we named The Great Bitch Fest of '06.

Exactly what the other girls said, smile and nod. If the make new rules, obviously you'll have to work with them. But otherwise, do what you normally do and act like the meeting never was....

I'm pretty sure one of the big reasons I shouldn't go back to my old club was during a meeting I feelt the urgent need to pipe up and say "So instead of being retarded and trying to keep us all from hanging out in the dressing room too long, can you focus on the girls giving head in the CR? Pretty please?"
