19lbs gone!
I posted on here a while back about my weight issues and well...I was already working out for several hours a week but my eating was horrible.
I haven't changed not one thing in my exercise routine, but I have started eating 4 meals a day (healthy with protein at each meal and decreasing my carb intake throughout the day). I hover between 1200-1600 calories daily. I've lost 19lbs. I got on the scale this morning.
Thank you ladies so much for your advice and helping me to focus on the eating part because the eating is totally the issue with me.
