    19lbs gone!

    I posted on here a while back about my weight issues and well...I was already working out for several hours a week but my eating was horrible.

    I haven't changed not one thing in my exercise routine, but I have started eating 4 meals a day (healthy with protein at each meal and decreasing my carb intake throughout the day). I hover between 1200-1600 calories daily. I've lost 19lbs. I got on the scale this morning.



    Thank you ladies so much for your advice and helping me to focus on the eating part because the eating is totally the issue with me.

    I love success stories. I do think that diet is the most important thing to learn then everything else. Yay for you for sticking to your diet.

    Holy shit awesome! How long did it take you to loose. My own weight loss journey, not going so good..... as you can see from my never moving ticker lol.

    A little less than a month but I worked out like a fiend, too.

    I ate lots of turkey sandwiches.

    2 slices of light bread
    1 thick slice of deli cheddar
    6oz white meat turkey breast from deli
    spinach and tomatoes and red onion on sandwich
    light miracle whip and mustard

    ^^^ that big ol thang has less than 300 calories and it is VERY filling

    and i ate oatmeal, 1 scrambled egg and 2 egg whites with a lil cheddar, and 4 strips of bacon for breakfast. bacon is actually really low in calories

    then i also ate all white meat ground turkey and made it into chili and i put spinach in the chili.

    i snacked on fruit cups in light syrup from wal mart and a container of fat free yogurt with a 100 calorie granola bar crumbled up in it.

    Well I was on it for like, a whole week when I first started at the beginning of June, then I stopped due to that damn Baconator commercial (Wendy's).

    I've been on it 100% though since the Friday after the 4th of July. What was that? The 7th? 6th? Somethin' like that.
