For a change o' pace, I've encorporated pool laps as my second half hour of aerobics. What's especially nice is the chance to cool down after 30 minutes on a bike or ellyptical. I find I really look forward to it. Anyone else do this?

Oh I love it!
I do a 2 mile walk, hit the sauna for 15 minutes then swim for a bit. No laps, no real "exercise" just to unwind, cool off, and burn a few extra calories.
I take my walk just as the sun is comming up, so by the time I'm finished it's the perfect temp to swim a bit.
