    Default Dear Perced Out DJ...

You are an asshole... you make my life miserable. I don't care if your fucked up on percs or coke or whatever the fuck your drug of choice is for the night.

I work with you 2 out of the 6 nights im booked... im only passing through this club every 3 months. All I ask is a total of 80 minutes of your week. You need to take my music, clean the pole for me, read off my titles and credits, do the lights as I ask you to and help me pump up the crowd... then announce that I will be signing posters and offering VIP dances. Am I really asking so much of you? I mean I know you have better things to do, like play on facebook... or go do another line or whatever the fuck it is your doing. But I am your feature, I am hired by the club to be here, I am not demanding... I ask very little of you compared to some of the other features who have passed through.

You pissed me off last night... you were so fucked up you wernt even going to put me on stage... another dancer had to tell you to, then you said you didn't even need me on stage. Then you tell me to give you my fucking music... then announce me as Ashley... don't even read off my title sheet... then leave the DJ booth during my show... FUCK YOU DRUGGED UP DJ!! Just because I don't dance to hip hop doesn't mean you can't do my show... You suck... that is all.

    Signed...

    One pissed off feature.

I feel like such a princess *sigh*

I don't ask for much though... and the thing is this guy also pisses off every single house dancer here as well. I am friends with a few of the house dancers here and they constantly bitch about this guy. He wont even pay attention to the girls unless they dance to hip hop. It feels like he goes out of his way to piss off girls then gets pissed off they don't tip him.

I have never tipped this guy.. I refuse to until he runs my show the way hes supposed to.

I have never heard of a feature dancer being treated this way.. probably cause my club does everything so differently. That's not right, he shouldn't even be like that to a house dancer. You'd imagine that they'd be smart enough to know that the better they make you look and the more money you make, the more tips they get? But some djs just don't get it.

Have you spoken with the manager of the club? I would tell him you're not coming back as long as you have to work with this prick. If he's that bad and if enough features boycott, they should fire him.

That's a DJ going out of his way to make sure he doesn't get tipped, which is the dumbest way for any DJ to act. If any of the DJs who work for me pulled anything like this, they'd get reamed out and at the very least would be lucky to keep their jobs. DJs that can't put on their best show no matter what the crowd size, their personal moods, or the personal feelings about other dancers shouldn't be DJs.

Hehe... he wont talk to me tonight I now have no last name and no titles.. its just 'Heres your feature Ashley'

I think he read this thread ahaha... wouldn't surprise me if the moron was on here If only he were smart enough to read how the other DJs on this site were... and start acting like them... Well I have one more show with him so we shall see how it goes.

That's so opposite of the nicer clubs around here, most have an anti-hip hop rule. What is the clientele like at this place? Just curious.

Its the only club in a Military/University town.... its a mixed crowd.. most girls dance to rock but for the most part we dance to whatever we want, I dance to rock/house for my shows.

That's it Cally...I'm coming up there to kick his perced-out butt!

And, after you saw me in NYC, you KNOW I'll do it too!

But whatever, don't sweat him. There's a million of mediocre people like him and only ONE of you!

see...its scrubs like THIS that make dancers anti-djs. I would never..EVER imagine treating ANY dancer like this House/Feature/ Audition and if I di I would fully expect to be fired on the spot. So if you DO read this mr. DJ...knock it off or I'll make a trip to whereever and show you how its done ant watch as the club and the girls make more money than they can when your piddly ass is runnin the show.

^Unfortunately phillydj, MOST "djs" are like this. Perhaps not quite that bad, but they're much closer to this than anything professional. And most mgmt don't give a rat's ass, so the problem almost never gets fixed.

Cally, have you talked to the club management about this guy? Maybe if you and a few other features start telling them things like "we don't want to book here anymore if we have to work with THAT guy", they'll do something about him...
