It seems like my cramps have been getting worse and worse each month and I can't seem to figure out why, unless the extra 10 lbs. I am carrying makes a difference. (I'm 5'6" 128lbs.) I used to be extremely lean back in high school and didn't even get periods (amenorrhea) once in a while because my body fat % was so low.
So would that mean a higher % could be causing my horrible cramps?
