Default TX clubs pay for BA?

This may sound really stupid to most of you but I had to ask. I heard from a dancer that some clubs in TX will pay for your BA if you sign a contract to work for them for 6 months. This dancer said there were a few clubs that do this. I'm calling bullshit! I've never heard of a club ANYWHERE that does this.

But, I'd be interested if there were such a place.

    Anyone ever heard of this?

I heard that rumor many, many years ago. I've never actually seen this deal offered anywhere, or heard of anyone who actually did it. I call urban legend!!!

i think in the 90's some texas clubs did do this. you had to sign something for longer than 6 mos. more like a year or so.

No anymore, that's for sure! Shit, in a Texas club, you'll be lucky to get a manager to make a rip-off customer even pay you for your dance!

I knew of a bar a couple of years ago that offered this, but you had to work there for at least a year and then they had to pick you , I think. Overall, it seemed like it had a lot if loopholes, and I had to wonder if they ever did it, or just advertised it. I think most offers like this are either urban legend or really difficult to qualify for.

Also, even if a place did offer a free BA, would it be with a good doctor, the size/kind of implants you want, etc. I'd rather pay for my own stuff so I can be in control.

Actually, now that I think of it, my old club used to have amatuer 'itty bitty titty' nights, and the winner gets a free BA. But that's not the same..

Yeah, my old club had the same thing. There was a girl that won one year that did the titty contest and several clubs in Austin and SA. She took the cash every time, instead of the boob job. The "boob job" part is pretty much a publicity stunt. None of the girls I knew who entered it wanted the BA, they wanted the money!

i knew a retired dancer (was club manager at a club i worked) who got her BA paid for by the club (the club bought BAs for all the girls, and they were all blondes), but she worked in the 90s ages ago and i never asked her the clubname.

There are a few clubowners who will still agree to do this, but they are few and far between. Generally, this requires that the dancer has been on good terms with the clubowner for a year or so, and also requires that the dancer is somewhat 'deficient' in the bustline such that implants would probably result in a greater number of private dance / champagne room sales (which is how the clubowner gets 'paid back' on their investment, by collecting more cuts). Obviously clubowners are not going to be in a hurry to finance a BA for the most popular dancer in the club, since she is already selling lots of private dances / rooms and is already generating lots of 'cuts' for the clubowner. The best candidate is a hard-working but average earning dancer, who has been loyal to the club for awhile, but who has trouble competing with the hottest dancers in the club.

Since the IRS Chesty Love ruling, in order to deduct the cost of implants as a business expense they must be at least 1000cc. 'Normal sized' implants were ruled not to be tax deductible because 'housewives' get them every year by the tens of thousands with no business reason whatsoever. Thus in order for the clubowner to deduct the cost of a dancer's implants from the club's tax bill, and in order to assure that the clubowner will collect the greatest number of private dance / champagne room 'cuts' from the dancer's future sales, the clubowner will usually require that the dancer must get implants that are filled to at least 1000cc. This isn't always the case, but if the implant size is less than 1000cc then the clubowner cannot deduct the cost against the club's tax bill, which effectively raises the out of pocket cost to the clubowner of the dancer's BA by 20% or 30% or whatever the club's tax rate is.

Usually the clubowner will require a contract where the dancer agrees to work (exclusively) for the club for the next year, to provide some assurance that the girl will work long enough, and sell enough additional private dances / VIP's over the course of that year, for the clubowner to recoup his investment. If a dancer leaves early, there is usually some provision which allows the clubowner to collect some portion of the cost of her implants back from the dancer.

Usually there is no standing club 'policy' towards BA's - instead they are the result of private discussions with the clubowner.
