    Default Taking my own advice

I'm inspired by Britt244's thread to put it out there that she's doing something about her body. I suggested that she add a pounds lost ticker to her siggie.

When I stopped dancing, I was still pretty physically active. I've talked here and there anout going back. I'm getting serious about it, and am therefore scrutinizing my tools, ie, my body and looks. (And personality...)

I've been in an office job where I sit on my butt for up to 10 hours a day.

I've been to the gym about 6 or 7 times since last november.

For the first time in my life I have cellulite on my thighs!

I'm not gonna overhaul my life right now. I will set reasonable goals.

I don't necessarily care about losing weight. I already weigh less than I did when I was happy. I've lost ALL my muscle tone though and it's all turned to fat.

My first goal will be to start hitting the gym at least twice a week. And also doing some kind of physical activity at least once a week.

While I won't go on a diet, I will be more conscious about the good and bad foods I consume, and try to balance it towards the better foods.
