Help!![]()
I've never had this problem my entire life-actually it's always been the opposite. For months now, I have been eating crap to try and gain and it is NOT helping.
Read: chicken strips, large fries and milkshakes from Jack in the Crack (I get this after work and eat it right before bed!), stuffed crust pizzas, bowls of Rocky Road ice cream, hamburgers, fried foods, chips, everything. It's not helping. My pantry and refrigerator looks like pothead paradise!
I need to gain about 10 pounds to get my curves and boobies back.![]()

Anyway, I agree with seeing a nutritionist. Definitely avoid the junk. You want calories, but not those kinds of calories. Protein shakes may help, maybe the weight gaining shakes too.
