I went to the gym last week (Mon, Thurs & Fri). Worked 5 days and then went to Busch Gardens Sunday which was ALOT of walking, it's very hilly.
When I got home Sunday night I felt like I could hardly walk. My hamstrings, calves back and neck were killing me. I skipped the gym on Mon and went to work. I was OK til the end of the night, now my legs are killing me. I felt like I could barely walk when I got out of bed this morning, I skipped the gym again. Now my back and neck hurt.
I've never been this sore from this much activty before. Any suggestions on what I can do to ease the pain? Hot bath? Should I go to th gym and work it out? Help.
