Does anyone use this? What sort of results have you had from it?
Apparently it's good for the skin and PMS.

My mom takes it for menopause hot flashes. I don't know how good it is for the skin though.

I took it cause it's supposed to ease PMS and cramps...I didn't notice a difference....
My gyno actually recommended this as I was getting SERIOUS boobie tenderness and swelling (well... the swelling i can live with!) , it was to the point that I couldn't really hug people.
Haven't tried it though, didn't know it helped for all that, too.
Ive heard a lot of good about it concerning menopause and PMS. I've taken it only at the last bit of my pregnancies
I take it & it helps a lot. Costco sells it in bulk size (Nature Made brand) & it's better to go that route if you need it in medicinal doses.
It's a good natural anti-inflammatory.

It also helps to relieve feminine dryness. I had a problem there for a while, and I can tell you, it did make a good sized difference, but nothing too amazing... I was only takign half the recomended dose though, as it did make me have to poop a lot if I took it during the day.

I've been taking it for PMS and it has made a world of difference. I use to bloat horribly two weeks before my cycle started and get really moody.
Now I don't bloat until a day or two before and my moods are a lot more level. I take it everyday and double up two weeks before my cycle.

I take a buttload of viatmins daily, this is one of them. Not sure if it's doing any good, but i assume it is so I keep takin it![]()
