about how much juice do you get per recipe? I mean do you have to buy an insane amount of fruit and veggies to get your juice every day?

    Oh, yeah!

    My favorite-est juice:

    Carrot+Orange+Apple+Celery+Cucumber+Fresh Ginger....MMMMMMMM....Now I have to go to Robek's!

(Or buy myself a juicer! I think I've bought two in the past, but I somehow managed to lose each of them, because I used to move around so much.)

Well it really depends on what you are juicing. Some things put out more juice than others. For example, right now I am sipping on some fresh o.j. and I used two med. to large oranges which gave me 8 ounces of juice.

Yes, you do end up buying more than the average amount of fruit & veggies especially if you drink alot of it. But it's worth it for people who want to eliminate all the junk that goes into processed juices. It's also worth it if you are like me and have trouble getting the proper amount of daily intake of fruit and veggies. It's alot easier for me to get them by drinking juice. Less boring too

Here's what I made up this morning and it's supper yummy if I do say so myself It's more like a smoothie than juice due to the banana. The following made me just over 1 cup so if you want to make more just increase the amount equal to how much you want to make.

1/2 cup frozen whole strawberries, thawed out.
(I'm sure fresh will work too I just happened to have frozen ones on hand today)

    1 large banana, peeled ofcourse.

    1 large orange, peeled

Juice then stir well and chill in the fridge for awhile. Beofre drinking stir it up again to mix because like alot of juicer mixtures seperation does occur. Then ENJOY!
