    Post Accident prone crew holla!

Anyone else here accident prone? Ive started to notice ive been part of the APC (Accident Prone Crew) since day one. Lets see what ive gone through:

    1. Nearly drowned once when i lost balance and fell into my cousin's pool (dont know how to swim)
*I was saved by my cousin who threw a lifesaver donut thing at me and pulled me in.

    2. Had my left foot run over by my friend's car ( i got out and was standing near the rear passenger tire when he drove forward)
*I yelled to roll foward, my damn foot is under the tire, no damage thank goodness.

    3. Got hit by a car while riding my Goped (gas powered scooter), i didnt see the car coming and rode out in front of it. My left shoulder broke their passenger side mirror.
*Walked away with fat bruises on my shoulder and back along with some scrapes/road rash.

    4. Bit my own pointer finger on my left hand when i was eating an In-N-Out burger.
*hurt so damn bad but luckily it was just some teeth marks contributing to the after math.

    5. Squirted Taco Bell hot sauce in my eye when i was trying to open the packet...dont know how or why but it happened.
*10 minutes later of water flushing, i was ok.

What have you been through thats worthy of mention?

    my 2 recent items....

    1) fell off my bike doing around 5, yes, FIVE MPH, as I was clicking out of the pedals, my balance was on the wrong side and jsut went over.....nothing like knowing your going down before you do.

    2) also, again fell off my bike, tried to start going up a small incline. I couldn't get my foot in the pedal, and over again....

the thing that hurt the most was my pride

I've taken self injury to a new level. I like to think of it as an art form...

    1. Cut my pinky finger to the bone with the serated thing on the Saran Wrap box.

    2. Had three toes crushed in the inside hinge of a box van.

    3. Cut through my thumb and thumb nail while cutting watermelon.

    4. Broke a glass while washing it and somehow managed to give myself a 3 inch cut which not only went to the bone but ended with a piece of glass the size of a 50 cent piece stuck in the bone.

    5. Closed my car door on my pointer finger. The door not only closed completely, it was locked.

    6. Recently "discovered" a yellow jacket nest and managed to get stung no less than 10 times, 4 of which were on my nose.

    I could go on forever...

I do crap like this at least once a day. There isnt enough bandwith for me to list all of it!

But I will say I'm probably the only person in the world who can break a toe giving a blow job....

I managed to get 2nd degree burns on the bottom of my foot while giving a blow job, does that earn me any points?

OHh...I'm the president of the Accident Prone.

I'm currently nursing a huge burn on my arm from the stove. I burn myself every single time I cook. I have burn scars all over my body. From teh stove...curling iron, striaghtening iron, from ironing my clothes....

I cut myself every single time I shave. My legs are full of scars from shaving nicks.

I poseted a thread a few days ago abotu how I fell when I tried to sit on the couch and hurt my hip. When I tried to stretch out the hip to make it feel better, I banged my head on the coffee table.

A few days ago, I went to reach for my vibrator in the nightstand drawer, and I hit my eye. I have a huge bruise and cut over my eye now. I padded that corner with a blanket to avoid that injury in the future.

I tend to walk into walls on a regular basis. SO I always have a headache. I also seem to open doors and smack myself in the face with them....

I cut my fingers when I cook a lot. I only needed stitches for that twice tho!

When I was a child, I put my hand through a glass door. I have a terrible scar from that, resulting in 30 stitches up my wrist...everyone asks why I tried to commit sucide, because I did it the "right way"

I could be standing perfectly still and lose my balance.

I think my accident proneness results from being very ungraceful, clumsy, and ditzy.

Oh yes. I used to try to fight it, but I've just learned to accept it. I can't get through a day without at least banging my body on something and getting a bruise.

I am very accident prone. I trip myself over my own feet everyday. Poke myself in the eye with pens, water bottles, etc. Slam my fingers in my car door..i could go on and on lol.

Don't get me started about dropping bikes....

The first day I got my new leathers, I did the "foot stuck in shifter" while putting the bike in neutral rolling to a stoplight, and slooooooooowly over I went. Oops.

Another time the bike wasn't warm enough (damn ducatis take FOREVER to warm up) and it STALLED out mid-turn.... so down I went. I actually picked her up by myself that time, I was so proud!!

Another time during my first week riding in the streets I learned the importance of keeping the front forks straight when coming to a stop. (d'oh!)

And a more legitimate drop doing a Malibu Canyon run and missing the downward-sloping incline of a stop. Tried to put both feet down without seeing the terrain wasn't flat.... and down I went.

My mirrors have always taken the brunt of my drops. Some people have frame sliders, I have "mirror sliders..."

Never any real accidents (*knocks on wood*).... just silly drops. At least I learned from all of them!

Other than that... I'm definitely one of those girls that get at least 2 new, random black and blue marks on a daily basis. Dancing or not. The other day I even chipped a tooth on a fork. Umm.... who DOES that???? I guess I over-bit what was on the fork...??

We call it ballsy, not clumsy:

14 broken bones: feet, ankles, tib & fib, hands, wrists, left arm, both clavicles, all but a few of the upper ribs left side, both naviculars (take forever to heal), compressed discs and hairline fractured L2
    6 concussions (3 or 4 of them Grade 3)
    Dislocated right hip
Left Knee - MCL, PCL, ACL, and meniscus (that fucking sucked)
Both knees and right shoulder residual chronic problems..
Quarter-sized hole taken out of my forehead exposing my skull.
More stitches than I can count
More road rash than I can remember
Smashed my junk and ruptured right testicle (that sucked almost as bad as the knee). >Didn't have to separate my boys, any worse and I would have been shopping for prosthetics.<

That's Skateboards, Jetskis, BMX, Snowboarding, Motocross, Streetbikes, one car accident, and getting punched in the eyes is always good for some stitches..

When my website is back up I can link some pictures of the last wreck if you're in the mood

**edit** I just noticed my avatar is my head getting put back together I forgot about that haha
