hi there everyone.
so i travel a lot and i spend a lot of time with some pretty dirty people. at this point body odour is pretty much invisible to me. though keep in mind i mean natural healthy body odour, the sort that the body produces even when it is clean and in an ideal world would just be something everybody embraced as one more great part of the human body. the kind of odours produced by sickness or an unhealthy degree of unwashedness are a different story entirely! i do not like those smells. but in any case, i do have a pretty strong underarm odour but it is a "clean odour" in that even when i have washed thoroughly it is still present. personally i kind of like it and so do the sort of people i hang out with (carnival folk, sideshow folk, travellers, crustie punks, and so on) but i know that most people do not and it would definately be an issue later on once i start working.
BUT! but i really do hate the idea of deoderant. there are lots of invasive chemicals in the stuff and regular use of deoderant actually makes the underarm odour worse should a person forget to apply the deoderant one day, due to the addition of foreign chemicals to the natural combination of pheromones and other natural scent contributors. so i would really like to avoid deoderant if i can. now if there is absolutely no way to do so then a really good as-all-natural-as-possible totally scentless deoderant would be ideal. i am thinking rubbing alcohol would work well in a spray bottle because i have used that when giving people foot massages before and the foot odour disappears right away when alcohol is applied, but dancing is athletic and athletics equal sweat which would equal a return of odour. so that would be something that would have to be applied a whole heck of a lot of times in one day!
any suggestions at all? i am probably the only dirty roughie kid on here as far as things like hating certain common products go but any help would be totally great. most people in my world love my natural scent but i also know that most people in my world will not be the people coming into the club. so yeah, any suggestions on alternatives to deoderant or - failing that - really good scentless deoderants that are preferably natural or organic would be super appreciated.
