I had a baby six weeks ago and I'm anxious to get back to work. I stopped dancing early in my pregnancy because I have a history of miscarraige and my OB wanted me to take it easy, so I haven't danced in over ten months. I'm nearly back to my pre-pregnancy weight but my stomach is just not a pretty sight.I'm hoping crunches will help but the problem is more the loose skin and the dark line down my midsection. Any suggestions on how to get my body back to working shape quickly would be much appreciated. Money is getting a little tight but I don't want to go back looking like this.
