    Default Changing my style

I like dancing to slow, heavy-ish stuff (Evanescence, Depeche Mode), but I've noticed that I make more money when I dance to things with more of a beat. Like, um, that I Love Rock an Roll song, or country stuff. Lately I've been dancing barefoot (I hurt my back and the chiropractor said no heels for a while) and barefoot definitely doesn't go with my old stuff. But I have no idea what this other, bouncier, music is.

I need like a stripper 101 rock list and maybe a country one too. Help?

Hell yes, I'm in the same boat... I have the same tastes (love heavy metal etc), but I need a little something different to my personal style to work out to, with a bit more beat and bounce

Of course the first thing that comes to mind for me is that Save a Horse Ride A Cowboy song......

Not too special or different, but, Kid Rock's I Wanna be a Cowboy, Baby. Maybe try looking into Shania Twain? She has pretty upbeat country music. Party For Two might be a good one. You could also try some Blondie for your more rock list. Journey, Pat Benatar, Rick James, Roxette, Soft Cell, The B-52's, AC/DC, The Bangles, Cheap Trick, The Cult, The Cure, Duran Duran, Guns N' Roses, Led Zeppelin, even the Red Hot Chili Peppers might be worth looking into.
