    Default I need to overcome the sleepiness!

    I flew home on monday night (17 hour flight) and I'm still jet lagged and on a weird schedule -- I wake up super early, like 4 or 5 AM, and want to go to bed at 7 or 8 PM. But I NEED to go back to work tonight.. the money's getting low! So I woke up at 6 AM this morning, couldn't do anything about it... And I took a nap from noon to 2:30PM, hoping that would help.. but here I am at 7:30 PM, trying to get ready for work, but I'm so sleepy!! How in the world am I going to last til 4AM? I've tried red bulls/rockstars/monsters before, and they have no effect on me. My body simply ignores caffiene whenever I drink it

    Any advice?

    Protein.

    Have something high in protein and low in carbs.

    I take vitamin B 100 complex(it says take 1 but I take 2 lol) and drink a rockstar. Works wonders!

    you are going to have to upset your schedule before it gets better. maybe stay up all night one night?

    Thanks for the advice Gonna pick up some vitamin B, OJ, canned tuna & soybeans tomorrow!
