I flew home on monday night (17 hour flight) and I'm still jet lagged and on a weird schedule -- I wake up super early, like 4 or 5 AM, and want to go to bed at 7 or 8 PM. But I NEED to go back to work tonight.. the money's getting low! So I woke up at 6 AM this morning, couldn't do anything about it... And I took a nap from noon to 2:30PM, hoping that would help.. but here I am at 7:30 PM, trying to get ready for work, but I'm so sleepy!! How in the world am I going to last til 4AM? I've tried red bulls/rockstars/monsters before, and they have no effect on me. My body simply ignores caffiene whenever I drink it![]()
Any advice?
