Okay, I've been dancing for two nights now, and my legs are horribly bruised. It looks like I have some sort of disorder, that's how bad they look. My knees got the worst, I started developing tiny little bruises all over them, and now they've all melded into big purple blotches.
I always seem to go through phases with bruising, for a couple weeks I'll be fine and not really bruise, but then for a few weeks I'll bruise horribly and from anything. I've quickly had to incorporate leg warmers into my dancing wardrobe because even my dermablend won't cover the bruises when slathered on. What can I do to try and help my body stop bruising so damned easily? I'm not that big a fan of leg warmers.![]()
