Im not sure if your diet is ideal, but poo is suposed to be skinny and snake like, its just not usual these days because most people dont eat traditional foods and end up with clogged up slow lazy digestive tracts.

sounds like you may need more fiber. Get some of the powder and mix it into your drinks or food..should help to clean you out a bit

It sounds like you need fiber to me too. Try it before your meals for a while.

If it still doesn't work, drink more water. If you want a full poop NOW, get a colonic.

Poop that is pencil thin can be a symptom of an obstruction in the colon, you should see a doctor.

    "Pencil Thin Stools
Like loose stools, stools that are pencil thin can be caused by a condition known in traditional Chinese medicine as spleen qi deficiency.

Other symptoms of spleen qi deficiency are: easy bruising, mental fogginess, bloating, gas, loose stools, fatigue, poor appetite, loose stools with little odor, symptoms that are worse with stress, undigested food in the stools, and difficulty ending the bowel movement.

Spleen qi deficiency can be brought on by stress and overwork.

Diets can worsen spleen qi deficiency, specifically eating too much fried or greasy foods, dairy, raw fruits and vegetables, and cold drinks, all believed to cause cold and dampness in the body.

Dietary treatment involves eating warm, cooked foods. Ginger tea and cinnamon tea are also warming.

Pencil thin stools can also be caused by a bowel obstruction. Benign rectal polyps, prostate enlargement, colon or prostate cancer are some of the conditions that can cause obstruction."

Not to scare you even more but my mom has this really bad colon disease and the doctor told her she is at high risk of colon cancer. He said if she ever poops the way u just described it could be a tumor, cyst or cancer blocking the poop. This does not mean you have this but you should really go check it out.Maybe somthing else is blocking your colon.

"Tumors in the Descending Colon and Rectum (Left Colon). When tumors partially block the lower intestine, thin, pencil-shaped stools may form. Bowel habits can change. Tumors in the rectum and lowest part of the intestine can cause pain and a feeling of fullness. Defecation may be painful or patients may feel the urge to defecate, but nothing happens. Bleeding from these locations may be brisk and bright red or maroon, but cancer is often detected before symptoms of chronic anemia develop."

In my personal experience, I had a horrible fucking time with this

Really weirdly thin stool and difficulty getting it all out, and going a couple of inconvenient times a day.

I ate tons of fiber and it didn't help.

I know you said you rarely eat wheat.

I quit wheat and finally feel closer to normal and my bowel movements take very little time are clean at the end and normal size.

Even the slightest amount sets it off now. But I feel so much better I wouldn't touch the stuff.

Interestingly, the symptoms for gluten intolerance and the "spleen qi" thing are the same.

It seems hard to cut it out altogether, but I've had a huge payoff including not even trying to lose weight and it's just coming off so easily.

oh jeebus, i doubt you have a tumor.

Go to the supermarket and get the cereal called Fiber One. It's much tastier than a powder, each 60-cal. serving has 57% of your daily fiber (so have 2-3 servings) and it should help bulk things up a bit.

Don't worry about simple starches or sugars... this is all complex (*read- slow digesting... the healthy, heart/bowel protecting good stuff) carb fiber. But it's so light anyway...

Throw some bananas, cheese and rice in there somewhere. That'll help harden it up a bit I think.

When I have skinny poops it's usually because my stools aren't forming because I am sick. If you are constipated pinto beans and chili with beans help along with the fiber drinks mentioned above. It want to harden them up and have larger stools eat what I mentioned directly above.
