    Default Gravity Strength Training

OK so in an effort to bust out of my usual routine, I am trying something called Gravity Strength Training, a class in which you use a Gravity machine to do exercises that will strengthen your core muscles and your balance (does what Pilates does, but you do it with a machine). Anyone here ever try it? I'll let you know how it goes after class today. I'm excited to try something new, as I think my body needs it.

This rocks !! I used to take privates and semi-privates at the "?" the only place that has the machines locally ! My abs had never been in better shape but, the trainer was a totally f-ing flake..She was always standing us up !! I got so frustrated I called the company to buy one from them directly..then my house caught fire !

Funny thing, I ran across the information packet the sales rep. sent me..While I was cleaning up..I hadn't seen it since last Oct.

The "?" now offers group classes a couple of times a week but, I haven't been able to take one yet.

I'd love to hear feedback from you on the group set up..

    Yep. That's the one!

I really enjoyed the class today. It was a 45 minute class and I did some exercises that I don't normally do so I know I am gonna be sore tomorrow LOL! But it's all good, b/c that's what I wanted to do...work muscles I don't usually work.

The class flew by. I look forward to taking it again and I am really looking forward to seeing results!!!!
