None of them may list individual issues of body mass fluctuations, but their synergistic effects may indeed contribute to your otherwise unexplainable condition. A good pharmacist could probably do a cross-reference for you.
Ah, green tea is very good for you--green teas are excellent metabolizers of fat in the body, as well as detoxification. More of that would not hurt you--so long as you don't eat a lot of dairy (leads to calcification of stones)
From where would you like to lose 25 pounds? If your clothing hasn't become tighter (in a bad way, of course...ahem) and your physical measurements aren't increasingly negative, there exists the possibility that you are increasing your muscle and bone to fat ratio. As mentioned above, a body composition caliper test might be in order, here. Again, focusing on the scale's numbers rather than your actual size and day-to-day health and fitness is not a good idea. I mean, I'm a pretty demanding guy when it comes to the quality of women upon whom I perv, but I can see 151 pounds on a 5'7" frame looking pretty good...I think some photographic evidence of this "problem" is in order...ahem.
Few other things to consider:
--Are you using Chromium Picolinate? Many folks find that to be an excellent tool in the battle against fat, as it's a great thermogenic that doesn't futz with your system like stimulants (ephedra, et al).
--Even if you're just having a protein bar between meals, this frequency of eating will speed your metabolism and prevent muscle loss, not to mention stabilizing your blood sugar and energy levels.
--Since you're very active, increase your level of protein significantly. Think about having near 50% of your daily 1500 calorie diet in protein.
