do you guys have a goal $ amount for superbowl weekend?
I have no idea what I should be expecting.. money or customer wise.

I don't set dollar amount goals, because then if/when I reach it, I have a tendecy to slack off.

I never have either, but I can't see how it's any different from working a busy club. You can only dance for one person at a time.

If the Pats are in it, you should be able to get more money from the Boston guys. I'd recommend trying to charge $20/song. Oh, and they usually tip too!

Then 1 guy requested a blonde to take to VIP, and they grabbed me and I did that. I walked with a couple grand, but it was just due to the raffle tickets and this VIP mostly. After that VIP was through, I did several lapdances on the floor, and a few short VIPs. I was also getting tipped very well. One guy I sold a $20 raffle ticket to tipped me $100.
But from what I remember last year, I wouldn't have made very much money during te game cause the guys just wanted to watch the game. The skyboxes were not buy for the hour, they were just rented out for the game and strippers were free to go up there and do a dance or negotiate a price on their own.
During halftime it was $1 dances, which can bring you $100 if you did it right. ( do like, 5 second wiggle, get your dollar, move on, or make the guy keep feeding dollars to keep dancing)
After the game was very very busy, doing dance after dance.
I worked from 11am-11pm that day, and only had to quit because I was passing out tired, I had worked the night before until 6am, and only slept a couple hours. I couldn't go on any longer. I could have made a lot more money if I had stayed later. It was very hard work because it was dance after dance with seldom VIP's, but still, it was good money, and fun.
This year I won't go in until the game is at halftime so I can sleep in a little longe,r and since I can't sell raffle tickets I am not needed there as early.
Making money during the game:
I've danced most Superbowls the last 10 years, but the ones I remember were the ones where I was in the city of the game:
Year 1, Houston: I lapdanced almost the entire game, for a local who doesn't like football. THey had the music off and the game on, so we just estimated the timing. We even missed the Janet J boob debacle because I was still dancing.
Year 2, Jacksonville: Not many people at the club, and most were watching the game in the restaurant area. I was so exhausted from working and partying non-stop that I went to sleep in the champagne room, in my gown, haha! Afterwards business was good.
There ya go, its 50/50 chance that you can make some money during the actual game.

If he is paying with funny money the VIP hostesses at CC WILL NOT run the card for more than the house's standard hourly rate. That can make it a bit awkward if you told him $400/hour on the floor and then the hostess tells him it's only $250/hour. It makes you look like a Rip Off Artist and destroys your rapport with the client.
I usually us the "well, the house minimum is x, but during big events like this I charge a premium does y sound okay to you?"

I don't even know if I will go to work during the game. I fly to Phx on Weds the 30th, so I have several days to work before the game. I might even take Sunday off (or work a short shift) b/c I want to go to some clubs and after parties. Plus, I think it will be super crazy and my club is small but popular, so it will be PACKED, overwhelmingly so. Then I plan on working Mon/Tues like you said before I go home.
Should I just suck it up and work on game day? I guess it depends on how good I do leading up to Sunday, but if its super great, I don't want to miss out on all that cash. Perhaps I'll go in and see how it is. I can always leave early and go out.
Kat, have you worked the days leading up to Superbowl? Were they busier than usual??

I think any stripper in Phoenix who doesn't charge $20+/song during Superbowl week is a MORON. I will be there Jan 28-Feb 6 and I will be charging $20/song on the floor and more for VIP. And I will be working my ass OFF. Probably leave at 1amish a couple nights to party though![]()

"Premium" - I like that word. I think I'm gonna use that when someone wants to use their CC.

The mgmt at CCT is MUCH more anal about what they call "overcharging" for dances and WILL fire a girl who is charging $20/song. CCP mgmt is more laid back about it. I don't get it, but as long as it's done tactfully and the custy doesn't complain, it's a win/win situation.
Rebecca Avalon

CCT sux for several reasons LOL. As for the $20/song deal, all ya gotta do is say upfront that dances are $20/song. Since most the custies will be from out of town and used to paying that anyway, I can't imagine getting many (if any) complaints. If some local expects the $10 deal all we gotta do is smile and walk away......to the very next lap for $20!It's not like there will be any shortage of custies during gameweek.
I will be working at HL and I am GLAD they don't bother with some stupid VIP "host/ess". Only thing anyone in that position has ever done for me is fuck up my sale and/or take a cut of my money for NOTHING.
^^Yeah, I try to pay in cash unless the hostess specifically brought me up there.

I was SO hoping the packers would be in the superbowl.
no one is more crazy or spends more money than packers fans.
:[
So it's the Giants and who else?? I don't keep up with those kinda things lol.

patriots!!!!
new england = money!
^^Yay, that's what I thought!!
