    Default chronic fatigue/mono recommendations

I am battling with some sort of chronic condition in which I feel ran down and tired a lot plus my immune system is shit. I am trying to find a specialist in the Charlotte area and good websites on the net. Any recommendations?

This could also be a symptom of clinical depression.

Girl...I'm having the same problem. So incredibly exausted all the time, no matter what. i can barely get through the day, and that's if I do nothing. If I work for 4 hours, I'm beat, and can't work any longer. I sleep 8 hours a night and sleep good...but still have no energy ever. It sucks.

Making a dr. appointment next week to see what's going on......

Hopefully, you find your cure as well.

I have clinical depression. But I also have days that my entire body is sore and I am so weak I can barely move. I get pissed off because I can't live my life like a normal person. I can't do the things I want to do. I have the desire to live my life without the ability to do it. I literally feel like I have the flu and I have indeed had mono. So, I'll go to bed when I feel like this because I can not sit up for more than an hour or so and then I'll sweat like a pig while I sleep. I take medicine for the depression. I am not sad at all, I have the world ahead of me, I just have days I literally can not move and that doesn't fly in world of business. I really want to become an independent woman and it's all layed out for me now if I only could get up the strength to crawl my ass to it.

Yeah, I went to the family doc today and no more UTI. So, there isn't any signs of infection. I told her how I felt. I did have blood work done in June and the only thing it showed was a reoccurance of mono. I made an appointment with a specialist at the end of the month. I hope you feel better too.

Ack, I'm so sorry! Mono really hits adults hard... when kids get it young it's not so bad. I caught it my JR year of high school and I was tired all of the time, swollen tonsils with white crap on them, yadda yadda. I had to drop out of track. It was really frusturating... You just need to do what your body wants you to do and sleep. That's what my dr had told me.
