Things are going well.
My current weight ranges between 118-120lbs down from 142lbs.
I've lost 4 inches from my hips and 3 inches from my waist.
I'm focusing on strength and flexability at the moment rather than actual weight loss. Lots of crunches, push-ups, chin-ups, squats, etc. rather than cardio.
I'm not on any crazy diet. I'm just more aware of what I eat. Don't get me wrong; I still eat junk and less than healthy food, I just eat it less often and less of it when I do. No diet pills either (although I take Tonalin sporadically).
Just 30-60 minutes of exercise of some sort an average of 5 days a week.
I'm pretty proud of myself.![]()
