Anyone got any good tips on how to get the hell out of a black mood?
Iv been depressed (not properly depressed- I dont get that anymore) for a few days lightly, but today its hit me hard and its starting to annoy me. I know a few things that may be causing it but who cares? I should be able to be bouncy yet slightly annoyed at those right? Rather than down and out totally depressed.
Iv got stuff to do and I cant be assed to do them. Aaaarrgg!!
Im gonna try listening to cheery music......maybe that will help.
Edit: Oh also, did you know, that stress can make you clumsy? Didnt know that myself and have been getting very clumsy for weeks. I thought I needed an eye check or had a balance problem. But Iread today it could be stress.
