    Default Delilah's and/or Risque (philly)?

I did search, but the threads I found were kind of old and things might have changed since then. Can anyone give me any info about either Delilah's, Cheerleaders or Risque? (I mean the Risque in Philly, not Bristol or wherever the other one is.)

What are the schedule requirements? Do girls get to make their own schedules? Do they make you work dayshifts at all? (This is the one deal-breaker for me at any club--I hate working days and refuse to do it, ever.) I've heard that technically Delilah's makes you start out on days only, but a girl at my current club only worked one dayshift and then they told her she had enough experience and was fine to work nights.

When is the best time to go down to either club and try to get an audition?

What do they offer as far as table dances, couch dances, CR, etc? What are the house fees and tipouts? Prices for LDs, VIP, CR...and how much does the club take from that?

Dress code--is it gowns only? Are short dresses ok? What about 2-piece outfits, shorts, etc? (I'm guessing I couldn't wear 2-piece outfits or short dresses at Delilah's, but can't hurt to ask.)

How's management? Bouncers...do they at least make some semblance of walking around and pretending to watch the couch dance room?

That's all I can think of for now. Anyone who has any info for me? I'll be your willing love slave for at least a week.

Edited because I also meant to include Cheerleaders...unfortunately I can't edit the title, but if anyone has anything on that club, I'm interested.

    I worked at both clubs.

Delilah's will make you work days for you first month, but the first time I worked there, I could work nights when I wanted, and the second time I started off at nights. I guess if you say you have school and you have proof of it they will let you work nights to start.

Schedule requirements: 3 days a week, they weren't too pushy with me, I was working the bare minimum too. I think they like you to have some saturdays sundays and w/e but, they didn't push me. You get to make your own schedules.

Dress Code: Gowns most nights after 7pm. You need to have a gown on for show case each night at 7pm and midnight. Gowns can be two piece gowns. On mondays and wednesdays I believe are lingerie and do your own thing or something. I know wed night for sure. You can wear what you want then. If you have like an eagles short outfit, phillies, w/e you can ask the managers they always let me wear my little outfits when I asked. I think on gamedays from what I remember you have to wear either an eagles outfit or a gown. Or maybe that's risque, but I remember they allow eagles outfits on sundays there if it's a game day.

Management: Great. Love Alp, he's freaking awesome. vince is nice, and so are the other managers. They are very respectful. Alp has taken me to some really good customers, and the bouncers will try and point out great custies to you too. The bouncers are very professional there. They are also very good at keeping guys from trying to touch you and stuff like that. This is a one way contact club, two way contact is not allowed and considered extras.

Dances- 20 dollar lap dances in couch dance rooms you keep all of it, then the champagne rooms I don't remember the price but I think it's around 250+ for a half hour. Unless they have a delilah's club card (black or gold?)

Fees- 15 minimum to mom, 10 minimum to dj (the djs are good here so that would make you an asshole to tip the minimum.) 10 in addition to the origional for every time you get skipped on stage. the house fees are different each day. like usually 7-2 shift is 65 dollars flat fee. on saturdays they are 85 dollars. To work 9-2 it's 85 dollars a day. I think the fees are cheaper on sundays. If you work 5 shifts in a week your fifth house is free.

    Risque philly

you can start off nights straight away.

Schedules: you make your own schedule once a month, like at delilah's. They like you to work like two mondays and two tuesdays a month as well as two saturdays and two sundays a month. you don't really need to. I came and went when I wanted because I was a pretty good girl.

Dress Code: After 7 it's gowns on the floor. Unless it's monday night which is w/e night you can wear short outfits then. Or if it's a football or baseball night and you have appropriate attire then you wear that. On game days you are required to have an eagles something or wear a gown.

Management: Some great managers, but somethings I just couldn't let go of. They let girls do w/e they wanted too. Which pissed me off. Bouncers, some are professional, some are crazy lunatics. I think most of the lunatics got fired though, but it's been a while since I've been there so.....who knows those guys creep out of the wood work 100x a day.

Dances: Wierd. You go up to a podium and the guy gives 20 to the bouncer, he gives you aticket. At the end of the night you get 15 dollars for each ticket. Champagne rooms used to be 200 for a half hour and you get 125. Now they re did them so who knows they might be more expensive.

Fees; usually 5 minimum to djs, 5 minimum to mom ( harriet is the best housemom in the world, I miss her soooooooooooo much!!!) 15 housefee. But they take a cut out of every dance and everything. But keep in mind, you make a buttload going around all 5-6 stages on thursday friday and saturday nights so it's not that bad.

good luck with whatever you choose.

Never worked at cheerleaders but I have some friends that worked there and they said the money was good but it was gross with all the contact. Plus it's bikini bar.

I work at Delilah's. Here's the answers to your questions.

    1. Yes we absolutely get to make our own schedules, and they are VERY flexible about it. They ask you to work 3 days a week, but many girls only work 2. You can come in WHENEVER you want though, if you are not scheduled they'll still let you work.

They NEVER make us work dayshift if we don't want to, and they never tried to push it on me. The dayshift girls swear by dayshift (I hate it personally), so its not like they need extra girls to fill in, because they always have a bunch. Maybe since you would be new they might try and convince you that it is good on dayshift, but avoid it IMO!! Especially if you're a traveller like me (I drive 2 hours)--they are REALLY compliant

You HAVE to have dancing experience to start on nights though.

    2. Best time to go is anytime after 7pm. Just go in the front door and they'll make you fill out an application, then you have to meet all of the managers and they'll take pictures. Call ahead to make sure Alp is there (he usually is), he does the hiring. If you're experienced, no audition is needed, but you have be pretty hot. Don't expect to work that night though.

    3. LDs are $20 a song and you keep all of it. CR=$150 per half hour, then there's a really exclusive CR for $400 an hour. Club doesn't take any of that either if its in cash, but if the customer puts it on his credit card they give you funny money and when you cash it in they get 15%.

    4. Dress code- gowns only. 2-pieces are OK too, but they have to be past your knees. On wednesdays you can wear lingerie or short dresses, Mondays are wear whatever you want. They sell shit there if you don't have anything.

    5. Management is awesome, the only SC managers I've ever liked. Housemoms are intimidating at first but they are nice too. Bouncers are pretty strict here in the LD room, and they will kick a guy out if he's being an asshole.

yeah delilah's is the best club ever. either way, if you decide to go, PM me! I'm Pamela there
