Default Omnigest is the best digestive aide EVER!

I'm lactose intolerant, plus I get really painfully bloated when eating beans, garlic, and other vegetables. Yeah, they have Beano and Lactaid, but I found something that is much better.

Omnigest is a mixture of lactase (digests lactose in dairy), lipase (digests fats), amylase, cellulase, and glucoamylase (digest gassy starches but not fiber), and protease (digests protein). It covers EVERYTHING! It's plant-based, and your body already makes the enzymes in the pills.

Seriously, I ate Indian food today, which contained cheese, beans, garlic, and spices. Such foods used to make me double over in pain and fart for hours. However, I popped a couple tabs at the beginning of the meal and I'm fine!

You can get it at Wal-mart, where it's located next to the Pepto-Bismal and Gas-X. I get it in bulk from Amazon.com. where it's eligible for Super Saver Shipping.

If your heartburn is triggered by a problem food, yes.

so is this just a multi enzyme?
i take a plant source enzyme supplement when i eat heavier meals, but i dont think i could go so far as to eat a cheesy dish without some bad side effects!
