    Default extreme fatigue/wierd pains

I have never had very high energy levels, even in highschool I would come home completly exausted and would have to take a nap before dinner.

Lately, it's gotten to the point where I can barely function. If I work for 4 hours, I am falling asleep and have to go home. I just do not have the stamina or energy to work longer.
I sleep usually for 10 hours a night, usually, good, sound sleep. I wake up and I never feel refreshed, and start my day feeling sleepy, and never find my energy.

My boyfriend suggested I sleep to much, so I tried cutting down to 7-8 hours. I have foudn anythign less than 10 hours of sleep, and I feel foggy and out of it.

Then there is the wierd pain...in my tummy, right by my belly button...it almost feels like period cramps, or nausea, but not as severe as period cramps, more like little twinges. I feel it every day, off an on constantly.

Being a vegitarian, I wondered if my iron was low, so I supplimented that, and have no change. I could use more protien in my diet...I probably get about 35-40 grams of protien a day....is this such a small amount that it would make me feel depleted every single day?

I just want the energy to get through my day without dragging ass.

Since starting school again..I only go to school 4 hours a day, and barely have the energy to do homework. I start yawning halfway through the day.

Any idea wtf is going on with me? Why do I always feel so tired and drained?

You might be B-12 deficient. It happens to some vegetarians. At any rate you need to see your doctor, but make sure you tell him you're a vegetarian so he can decide whether you need a B-12 shot.

Increasing vitamin C intake helps the body to absorb iron.
Are you drinking much water? I had CFS (Cronic Fatigue Syndrome) for along time and was almost pissed in a way to discover that drinking more water helps a lot. (Pissed because its so easy and I wish Id made the effort like 10 years ago...)
Water - not tea, not juice definatly not soda or coffee!

Theres a whole host of things it could be though so best get a check up so you can start to get to the bottom of it. Hope youre feeling better soon!

Could it be depression? I know before I was diagnoised I was tired all of the time. I am no longer on medication but, when I find that I am feeing drowsy I drink an ice cold glass of water. The body has to metabolize cold water faster and within 20 min. I am no longer fatigued.

First thing I thought of as well. When I did the vegetarian thing I made sure I took extra supplements of this. The only way to get it otherwise is through meat. I'd say its worth checking out.

I've been super drained and dreading school myself too. I discovered that I HAVE TO sleep 9 hours a night or I'm a mega raging bitch the next day. Anything less and I'm sleep deprived anything more and I'm groggy. I hate the first 20 min of the day but I get up, shower and try to act awake and it usually catches up with me. I nap in the afternoon too before work. I think I'm just meant to be nocturnal. I'm always happier on that schedule.

I hope you figure it out. I hate the feeling of being always tired and blah.

I agree w/ Aussie Punk and Yek's advice.. I just wanted to add that you might want to take 2 iron pills instead of 1, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I'm a veggie and I've suffered from anemia most of my life.. I found that OTC iron is a not absorbed as well as the presribed
    version.
