For those of you with implants, did you find that you had weightloss AFTER the surgery that your boobs looked saggy or bad?
Just curious

I don't see why they would . . .? Hope not, I wanna lose a few lbs...esp. after not working a month and staying at my mom's house recovering . . . mmm mmm munchies that I never have in my own home and home cooked meals.

After weightloss, not really. But after pregnancy, kinda.
After weight loss mine looked almost bigger, or at least firmer (which made them look bigger?) but not saggy, no.
I think unless you are losing a dramatic amount of weight you should be jsut fine.
Whats considered drastic...?
lol
Well, like pregnancy for example, your boobs get HUGE and then go back down...that's pretty dramatic.
That's about the only example I can think of.... :p

I heard most girls I know with them saying that they put on weight after the surgery.
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.
I lost maybe 15-20 lbs since the surgery and all it did was make my implants perkier as my natural fat tissues disappeared from around them.

I've seen girls who've had them done over the muscle and they have very little body fat. So you can see the outline of the implant. The implants look more like small mellons attached to the chest wall instead of boobs.
The downside for me and implants is that reacquiring the strength i had previously is HARD. If you do pole tricks or strength training in general, it takes a WHILE to get back - like a full year.

I think I'm ten or fifteen pounds lighter than when I had implants put in. Mine are under the muscle, and I'm not seeing any problems. I do think having them helps to disguise a little weight gain-- just something to do with your new proportions.
I'm not sure what losing 40 pounds would do. Maybe someone else can answer that?
Does being pregnant cause problems because your boobs are stretching even more due to preparing to breast feed versus when you're just gaining weight? Is there anything you can do to help that situation? If I have a baby, I'm not going to want to breast feed.

everytime i lose weight my implants look perkier. but i had a huge weight gain (almost 40 lbs), and it made them look quite "real". i mean, i have been with guys who had no idea i had breast implants. they still looked good, they just weren't quite as perky as they would be without all that breast tissue. now that i am losing weight my boobs are getting perkier!![]()
I had mine done after my kiddo, so I can't speak from personal experience. But I did have a friend who had a baby while having implants, she didn't breast feed either. She told me (can anyone else back this up?) that she put cabbage leaves on her breasts and let the milk drain out in a couple of days, then her boobs were back to normal.

cabbage leaves are supposed to help with the swelling and burning that happens when your milk comes in. If you dont breastfeed during that time, the milk will dry up and go away, but the cabbage leaves dont have anything to do with that, only with the pain that comes with your milk coming in.
And I lost 20 lbs after my implants and no sagging here!

This is my fear!
I had overs because I was a full C cup before implants. And curvy with it. So now I'm trying to loose weight, my natural boobie fat/tissue is going and I'm freaked out that I will look like I have grapefruit halves stuck to my chest.
Currently I feel in good (ish) shape but wanna loose a few pounds. My boobs still have my natural fat tissue round the implants and the drop like natural boobs and imo look wickedly real/ish. I don't wanna loose that. Sour!![]()
Just something to help get rid of the milk after having a baby, my midwives told me to take sage to dry it up.
i gained 10 lbs after my surgery....

This thread is old - I replied to it before i had my implants LOL.
Well I neither gained nor lost weight after my surgery just stayed the same except obviously the weight of the implants but that's less than 1kg.

When I got sick and lost 10 pounds you could feel ripples on the sides of my boobs near my armpits. (I have unders and I was very thin and only an A to start with). They still looked great though, and you had to feel them to know. Definitely not saggy or bad.
I've lost about 5lbs since my surgery and mine look even better. They look bigger![]()

I love mine even more since my pregnancy as they dropped a bit during and after. Nothing dramatic on my end though. Now they look natural as they were a bit 'high' before if you know what I mean. They are still firm of course, not droopy, not saggy or anything. They did get huge when my milk came in and got smaller after I stopped BF'ing, but now they are back up to a 34D where they should be.
I got pregnant 5 years after my implants and my breasts got huge. I breastfed for 6 months and it definitely changed my breasts. Everyone still says they look good but I hate them now and I want to get them re-done so bad. My implants are still exactly as they were placed but my breast tissue hangs lower than my implants. They look real now and that's not what I want.LOL
I find my boobs look more "fake" when I'm skinnier. There's less fat around the implant so that makes sense I guess. that's fine, I like the fake look sometimes![]()
