So, I had my first high protein day in a long time and I feel so much better.
I actually had energy and didn't feel like passing out..LOL![]()
My body feels a lot leaner,firmer and toner. My muscles feel better too.
I've been eating egg white, mixed w/ spinach and parmesan for flavor.
I hope tomorrow is as good as today if not better.
Any veggie meal suggestions are appreciated.![]()

I believe you Dottie and you have my support
I need to look for tortillas that aren't made from white or white flour.
