    nutri grain bars or slim fast cookies even the granola bars with yogurt!

    don't do the fast food thing, you will regret it.

    oh! and adding calories to meals:

    use fattening ingredients. i use organic yogurt based butter/margarine. you should probably use real butter... but eating an organic butter wouldn't be a bad idea!

    do you drink soymilk/rice milk? switch to regular whole milk.

    Try Ensure. I heard it has a lot of calories. If you want my advice on how to put on weight, eat pasta or pizza and go directly to bed . Do this for one week . If you don't gain weight from that , you are genetically gifted and I envy you.

    I second the Ensure idea. You dont want to gain weight by eating a lot of fat even though that is the easiest way. Ensure helps with that.
