So I went out and got a bunch of new eyeshadows and MAC paint to use as an eyeshadow base. The paint made the skin on my eyelids look terrible, all dry and crepey. Maybe at this point I should have wiped it off, put on a heavier moisturizer and started over.
I tried to gently rub it in as much as possible. Then I tried to do the bronze smokey eye look. I didn't end up finishing it, I stopped b/c the shadows seemed to accentuate every fine line. Is there a way for me to use the "Frost" textures? I've always heard it's a no-no for "mature" skin, but I'm in my mid-twenties...
The colors looked good, I'm really hoping there is a way to make this work. Would prep and prime be better? I really don't want to return it all.
