The past two days Im just not hungry.
Or if I DO feel hungry, Im pretty much full straight away.
Im taking vitamins, just incase Im not getting enough nutrients. Ive had some fruit, when my hubbie does, so Im eating a little, just no proper meals. At dinner I could only eat 1/3 of what I served up, which was quite small and mainly vegies.
What can be causing this?
Im pretty stressed lately (drama seesm to be my middle name lately)
Its not all bad, obviously Im losing weight, but its wierd to not want to eat for a few days.
