Default Okay I mean Business (hair problem)

I need to know, and I don't care how much it costs or what kind of texture it is (mousse, serum, spray, gel...) but I need something to make my hair consistently curly. My hair naturally tends to spiral curl, but the top layers on the right side stay pretty flat (and therefor I'm lop-sided-looking) and it gets really puffy as the last bit of it is air-drying, the curls never stay nice and defined. I've tried a couple products and methods, but if anything does work well the first time, for some reason, doing the exact same method and using the exact same product, it will never work again. I've heard of having to switch up hair products now and then because of the hair building up a tolerancy or whatever, but after one usage? The Garnier leave-in conditioner stuff worked great the first time, but each time I've tried to use it again after the first it's never worked anywhere near the same as it did the first time. And I do the exact same thing! So then I try different methods with the same product, and to no avail. Nexxus mousse worked great the first time I used it, but again, every time after that it does barely nothing. Why doesn't anything work on my hair after more than one shot? Will anything ever work? I am not getting a perm.

Start in the shower with Fresh Curls shampoo and conditioner
You may also want to consider the Spring Mousse (apply it mainly to the scalp, working it out to the ends)

Then mist on Curl Force and diffuse or air dry.

While your hair is wet define the curls with your fingers.... make a bunch of little spirals on your head and use a diffuser to dry...
