I just bought some benefiber. Fan-bloody-tastic stuff.
I just put loads into my bottled water, add it to my soup, green tea anything. It dissolves without a taste or trace. I've seen it about here on sw and it convinced me to try it - as I am crap at taking pill form supplements. Already with my tonalin, dandelion, vit c & e, green tea pills, gingko, omegas and the rest I pretty much rattle when I walk anyway - and my fiber pills were the size of horse tranquilizers!
So I added benefiber and it has done me the world of good, I feel clean, fresh, healthy and we all know fiber can count as negative calories!
Yay for benefiber!
