    Default Stripping moves for pregnant women

    I am teaching a strip tease party and have a lady who is pregnant. I was thinking of just showing her some light playful moves like using a boah,,,and caressing herself.....ect ect...any other safe fun moves to teach a pregnant woman.
    Also, it is safe to give all participants a release form, even ones who are not learning any pole tricks....correct?

    How pregnant is she?

    Through most of pregnancy, there really isn't many exercises that a woman shouldn't do. Once she gets bigger, she should avoid activities that have a high risk of falling. So doing tricky things on the pole should probably be avoided.

    But really, exercise is a wonderful thing when pregnant and neither of you really have that much to worry about.

    In line with iambonbon, you really dont have aynthing to worry about. In exercise and pregnancy, you just want to make sure flying objects don't hit her stomach and she doesn't fall. Other than that, there aren't any hard and fast rules (there were in the 80s when people didn't know any better though).

    They do say that, after the fourth month, a pregnant woman should avoid anything that puts her flat on her back (it restricts blood flow to the fetus). Also don't point your toes (risk of leg cramps and charlie horses).

    Always make sure if she is lying down that her head is higher than her feet, and no lying on the back because the uterus presses down onto the Vena Cava, restricting and in some cases stopping blood flow to the mother and the fetus. Some overly aggressive twisting moves should also be avoided. Anything that would put her upside down or might cause her to fall should be avoided as well.

    I think a release form from her doctor would be smart. If we get a personal trainer at my gym and are pregnant we need a release form signed. Its a pain in the ass but protects the trainer.
