I can't even get some milk and meat with $20, I have no idea how to eat for a week on that. Not sure I would want to either...

    Good luck though.

I like to mix up a can of mushroom or cream of chicken soup with fresh or frozen broccoli (or any veggies) and some chopped up chicken breast, simmer it in a pot and serve it over rice. I guess chicken breasts aren't really that cheap but any kind of chopped up chicken works. It's good without the chicken too but not as filling. When I do it, it makes enough for four to six servings depending on how much chicken I used.

Wait to touch up your roots... I think you need to prioritize what you spend your money on. I mean can't you wait 10 days to touch up your roots? Use the money from that for food...

Thats what I was thinking. Or put off a cpl of the cats for 2 weeks....if it is just for shots, they can wait 2 weeks

yeah i'd generally classify eating as more important than a trip to the salon, but maybe i'm just low-maintenance or something.

Do you have any relatives near by? I'd go to mom's or auntie's for dinner. And save some left overs.

Hmmm...I wish I could remember what we lived off when I lived on my own last year We were SO broke all the time. Buy lots of beans and veggies and make chili and soups. Rice with diced mango or banana and black beans is DELICIOUS (way better than it sounds) and cheap. Tacos and burritos just need beans, some peppers and lettuce. And if all else fails, Kraft Dinner, baby!

*Yes, we were bean-crazy Loads of fiber and protein, supa-tasty and flexible!
At some point, most women (hopefully) realize that "the number" doesn't matter one iota and the notion of "slut" is just socially-generated bullshit meant to keep us "in our place". I will fuck who I please when I please and I don't give a rat's ass what anyone thinks about it.

If the cats have worms, mix chewing tobacco into their food. It is a natural poison and will rid them of intestinal parasites. You can also use those make your own tea bags and put the tobacco into their water.

You're really one to criticize "rude" people.

When I was a kid and we were super-poor, we ate a lot of chili and rice. If you make enough rice, you can spread one can of chili out to feed four or five people by just pouring a little bit of it on top of the rice. You can also get cheap food at the dollar store.

I'll back you on this one. My man's uncle feeds cigarette butts to his pigs to kill their worms. Cures the parasites for free and doesn't harm the animals. I'm sure its the same for cats.

Please dont feed tobacco to your cats. You could easily poison them. And animals die from nicotine poisoning

The toxic dose for nicotine in pets is 20-100 mg. A cigarette contains 9-30 mg of nicotine depending on the type of cigarette; Chewing tobacco carries 6-8 mg per gram

Keep in mind that every animal is differant too..just like every human is differant. Some may survive higher doses, some may die from minute doses.

And yes..I've seen animals die from this.

No no no. I'm begging you ..dont do this. If one of your cats has worms and you have a relationship with your vet..he shoudl just give you the meds for all with out all being seen. We used to do this at the hospitals I worked at all the time...worms are passed so easily that if one pet has it,you assume they all do and medicate them all.

It will be much more expensive to treat for nicotine poisoning. Nobosy should ever treat animals themselves....there are far too many things that can go wrong.

Seriously..I'm on my knees begging you...DO NOT DO THIS.
