    Hey does ne one know when you can start doing pole work after a breast augmentation??Just basic stuff like spins and climbing up it??thnxx

    You'll KNOW it. You can't force it. No matter how much you might want to spin and twirl, if your chest muscles aren't up to speed yet, it's just not going to happen and you'll know not to even bother.

    SO when i go back to work,and i do a spin-if it hurts don't do it?
    I wonder how long it will take to feel normal =0(

    i believe (correct me if i'm wrong those of you with implants) it's a MINIMUM of 6 weeks before even attempting...better at 8 weeks, but i know some girls say a minimum of 3 months

    My PS said 3 mos. I did some basic feet on the floor spins at 6 wks though. I wouldn't push it, especially with unders, the muscle flexing can move the implants and damage the pocket.

    When I did my consult I was told apx 3 - 4 months with overs and a MIN of 6 months with unders. My surgeon said that hes seen a lot of girls ruin their implants from doing it too early.
